Are You Suffering from DDOD?

1. Do you find it difficult to get anywhere on time because you can’t stop staring at your walls?

2. Have you recently been prescribed to thicker glasses due to lack of blinking?

3. Have you experienced paranoia that you owe someone money for your wall decals?

4. Do you constantly complain of aches and pains due to wall hugging?

5. Are your relationships with loved ones and neighbors deteriorating due to home décor jealousy?

6. Do you find it difficult to control the volume of your voice when talking about your wall decals?

If you answered yes to any two (2) of Dr. Tex’s questions, you may be suffering from Dali Decals Obsessive Disorder (DDOD). There’s no known cure for DDOD, but don’t lose hope. There’s help out there…

Nurse Nugget’s tips on how to deal with DDOD:

1. SATISFY YOUR URGES. If you find yourself wanting more wall decals, don’t fight it. If you do, you’ll just end up obsessively window shopping on dalidecals.com which can affect your personal and professional life. Dali Decals are easy to get, and they don’t cost much. Don’t torture yourself.

2. HELP YOUR FRIENDS WITH THEIR DéCOR ENVY. Just tell your friends and loved ones about Dali Decals, so they can get their own. Décor envy is hard to deal with, so help yourself by helping them.

3. TRY NOT TO HUG YOUR WALLS. Harder said than done for someone suffering from DDOD, but you have to concentrate. Try buying a stuffed animal or adopting a small child.

4. KEEP COPIES OF YOUR DALI DECALS INVOICES WITH YOU. Stop feeling like you stole something. You don’t owe anyone money. Whenever you start to think you do, just read your invoice. You can try dropping dollar bills from your pocket or donating to small charities if you feel the need to ease your anxiety.

DDOD is a serious epidemic that is sweeping the nation. It’s a chronic, progressive disorder that is capable of leaving destructive paths of jealousy among your loved ones and neighbors. If you are experiencing symptoms, please seek help.” -Dr. Tex

We’re here for you. Please email or call us if you feel you need help.

This seems serious. I’ve seen cases like this before. Try buying him a stuffed animal to hold onto. Is he suffering from wall staring syndrome? Is he able to blink? Are his hands becoming rough from extreme wall touching? You may want to invest in some leather gloves.

Dr Tex– Could spending an excessive amount on Back Lot be a symptom of DDOD?

Definitely! But because DDOD is incurable, we strongly encourage members to spend time here. It will help you cope. Be careful when window shopping too. We’ve received reports of a new symptom: “Computer Screen Hugging”

I can’t wait to order my custom decal in a couple weeks! Still racking up those Backlot Points to save some money, otherwise my hubby won’t ever let me buy decals again! I’m so excited to get it up on my baby’s nursery wall :)
