Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I absolutely love the decal I ordered! It was incredibly easy to apply and turned out amazing. The stark white fireplace in my apartment that nothing would stick to is now the center of attention! I have had so many compliments on it already!
  The only thing I would suggest for anyone putting up one of these is to make sure to keep small animals and children in another room during the process! Two obnoxious kittens was the only struggle I had!

  I bought a sleeping koala decal for our baby's room two years ago. The color is still just as fresh as it was and it looks amazing. I know the site says they aren't reusable, but ours was! We transferred it onto parchment paper and rolled it up before our move and just last night replaced it onto the wall in our son's new room. It sticks just as well and looks just as good. I'm a very happy customer. It also came with a complimentary six cute birds and they transferred as well.
