  Sizing and Panels

  Any decal or mural that is larger than 4 feet (48 inches) on its shortest side will arrive in multiple panels. All you have to do is overlap the panel edges when applying.

  We ordered the small cherry blossom branch in matte black and white about two weeks ago and finally had the opportunity to put up in my bedroom today. My husband and I put it up this morning and it was very easy to do! I have to say that my room looks AWESOME!!! I redecorated it to have an oriental feel - I actually got my inspiration from the cherry blossom branch! Needless to say, we are very happy with the decal!   I purchased the flowering cherry blossom tree blowing in the wind in dark brown and deep red matte. It is stunning to say the least. My friends were over for a cocktail party and they all asked me to forward your web site. I am in the process of ordering more. It is a very large tree and I was intimidated to hang it. My kids sitter helped me and it went up without a problem. I was worried about the pattern for the flowers but you can't mess it up.   Hi Marisa, the decals came in the mail yesterday and we put the branch up already. It's perfect!!! The size works great!! Thank you so much for all of the different sized birdies!! I haven't put any on yet, but have taped a few to the wall to see which size looks best. I will take pictures as promised once i get it all finished. I am so excited!! It really added a modern and natural feel to the room that will go with the rest of our home's style. I can NOT thank you enough! I have already been telling several friends about your site and how great you have been to work with. Great customer service is very hard to come by these days, and it is very much appreciated!   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.
