  • I am VERY happy not only with my decal, but with the company. The decal ends up being just letters (if you ordered a quote) and not a big piece of plastic as what I was anticipating so it looks REALLY professional and awesome.

    What I loved about the service, though, was how easy it was to order, and even though I somehow didn't get an apostrophe up on the wall, I simply e-mailed them and they overnighted a replacement. I was SO thrilled with that level of service.

  • We used Dali Decals for a custom designed decal for our daughter's nursery almost 3 years ago. I sent them an even more challenging design for baby #2 who is due any day now.   • The best customer service I have ever recieved-----my first couple of decals I messed up the application. Dali Decals replaced the decals which I had ruined----NO CHARGE---

    I decorated my kitchen----I have WWII airplanes all over my bathroom with bombs dropping towards toilet bowl--

    Bedroom has decal " RELAXATION"
    on wall facing bed----

    And I am still not done----
