  My wife and I bought the "Tall Tree Waving in the Wind" and the "Swirling Poppies" decal sets for decorating our nursery, and we're very glad we did - they're so cute! We were a little intimidated by the process of putting up the tree at first, but with the help of the video tutorial on the site, we found it was actually very easy. Everyone who comes over raves about how great the decals look - we're surprised by how many people actually think the matte decals were painted on as they look so thin and smooth!   I just love these decals. I am so indebted to Dali Decals for solving my decorating dilemmas. There are times when you just can't find the right something or you can't find the perfect picture with the right colors. I love them in children's rooms...they are a breath of fresh air. Picture frames can get a little stuffy.

  I am so excited about this site. I bought a decal for my bedroom over a yr ago that I received many compliments on. Unfortunately due to a hurricane I had extreme flood condition in my home. I called Dali and spoke with a representative that sent me my exact order back @ a discounted rate! They helped me so much. It was a weight lifted off of my shoulders. I am so grateful for them.

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
