  Your decals are the best!!! I've told all my friends about your company. I purchased the "Tall Tree Waving in the Wind" for my baby boy's nursery. His walls are a bluish gray color and I ordered the tree in all white. It looks awesome on his wall. I cannot tell you how many compliments we get on this tree. I ordered it in matte and it looks like we painted it. It took my husband and I most of the day to put it up but there were a lot of little branches and leaves so it was very detailed...I didn't care though. Plus this was our first time so we wanted to make sure we did it right! I'm so happy with it! The sad thing is we are moving and I can't take it with me...I'm sad, but I will be ordering another one :)

You all responded so quickly to my inquiries in creating our decal for our son to be's nursery and were so kind and easy to work with when there was a mistake in the colors. I just really appreciate the customer service and feel that sometimes we forget to say thank you. Thanks for making me smile every time I walk past his room.

  Thank you so much Dali Decals! I just put the quote up in our kitchen, and it looks absolutely amazing. The customer service was top notch. Marisa helped me throughout the entire process. She was an angel with all of my many many questions and answered every single one of them. She also made sure the quote would be the exact length and height to accurately fill the space.   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
