They took the ball and ran with it... and came up with the most amazing design I've ever seen! And they got it done fast enough that I could have it in time for a party I was throwing.   I ordered the peacock tree and asked my husband to hang it for me. When I came home, he hung the right side TOTALLY wrong. I emailed to see if I could get just the right side of the decal replaced. I received a response almost immediately. They re-sent me the right side of the tree for only a small fee. What a relief that I didn't have to buy the entire tree again. GREAT customer service. Super fast shipping. Fantastic product. I've purchased Dali decals before but based on the customer service alone, I would most definitely order again!

  I love my inspirational quote decal! It\'s on the wall in my bathroom. It was pretty easy to put up. Although I admit I did try to make rocket science out of getting it perfectly straight. But I knew once it was up it was there to stay so I wanted to get it right. In hindsight I should have spaced each line a little closer. But I didn\'t realize that until I peeled the paper backing off. Not a big deal. I\'m still very happy with the end result. I chose dark grey matte to go against a pale blue wall. I\'m glad I did. It reminds me of the color of pencil lead, which looks nice in the script font. I like it.!
