  I ordered my 1st ever decals after i received not 1 but 2 gift certificates as gifts and can i just say WOW! I love them, they we super easy to install. i bought 4 decals and have only installed two of them and as i was installing them i was trying to figure out what else i could buy.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I've got a problem with the decals I recently ordered. Everybody who now walks down the hallway keeps distracting me by commenting on how nice the are and keep talking about getting some for themselves! ;) Very nice work. I love them and your customer service was great as well.

  I just received my decal and put it up right away. It is just amazing! I ordered the large "Love" quote in burgundy and its perfect! The color matches the site's color exactly. The company recommends getting the semi-gloss decals for textured walls, which I agree with. I tried both but the semi-gloss works much better on texture. Both look great on non-textured walls. Not only did they send my decal quickly, but they also sent some adorable bird decals for free (in addition to some practice decals). They were the perfect addition to the room. Dali Decals has given me great service both times I have ordered from them and I will certainly be buying more decals in the future!

  I purchased some of the dragonfly decals for my daughters room, they turned out great!!! Not only was the color accurately reflected on the website, but they were easier to "install" than expected.
