  I ordered monogram and name decals for my daughter's nursery. They looked amazing, then we had a flood in our house. The repairmen had to tear down the wall where I'd placed the monogram, which was really disappointing for me.

  I just wanted to let you know that I received my order today. I had accidentally ordered two sets of color samples and a wonderful representative from your company called to let me know. I was given the choice of having the two dollars refunded, or some extra decals sent to me. I just have to say that I am overwhelmed by these extra decals.   The team at Dali Decals provided outstanding customer service from the very first time I called and were helpful every step of the way. We received the monogram decals for our daughter's nursery and couldn't wait to put them up. The directions were helpful and easy to follow. Moreover, the font and size is absolutely perfect and looks so elegant on the wall! It looks as though we had someone professionally hand paint our daughter's first and middle name.
