  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   Great to work with!! She answered all of my questions really fast and the tree was here before I knew it! It was SO SIMPLE to apply! You can tell it is well made & it looks adorable in our playroom!!

  There really isn't a way to fully tell you how impressed I have been with Dali Decals, other than to tell you that this shop and its customer service reps go above and beyond the call of happy customer service. Not only would I be happy to do business with Dali Decals again but I would fully recommend them to everyone.

  I just wanted to take a minute to thank you and all of Dali Decals for their excellent customer service. You all responded so quickly to my inquiries in creating our decal for our son to be's nursery and were so kind and easy to work with when there was a mistake in the colors.
