  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience. She was an angel with all of my many many questions and answered every single one of them. She also made sure the quote would be the exact length and height to accurately fill the space.   I had the large cherry blossom branch up in my apartment for over 2 years and it never peeled off, cracked, wilted, or anything like that. It remained perfect throughout hot temperature, air conditioning, humidity, etc. When I removed it, it came off no problem without a trace on the wall. It was beautiful; the only reason I even removed it is because I moved out. The branch and all of the blossoms came as separate pieces, which although time consuming to put up was well worth it because I could arrange it however I wanted. They provided more than enough of the blossoms, I even had extra left over. All in all, great quality products and fantastic customer service!
