  We recently received our decals (giant tree with falling leaves and set of 7 cute birds) and wanted to let you know we were more than pleased with the outcome!   Hi Marisa, the decals came in the mail yesterday and we put the branch up already. It's perfect!!! The size works great!! Thank you so much for all of the different sized birdies!! I haven't put any on yet, but have taped a few to the wall to see which size looks best. I will take pictures as promised once i get it all finished. I am so excited!! It really added a modern and natural feel to the room that will go with the rest of our home's style. I can NOT thank you enough! I have already been telling several friends about your site and how great you have been to work with. Great customer service is very hard to come by these days, and it is very much appreciated!   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   Put a large dandelion (seeds blowing away) in our bedroom. Tell EVERYONE about it and, of course, they have to see it. I get nothing but compliments. Just waiting to decide on wall colors before looking for a decal for extra bedroom/office in our home.
