  Just a quick note to let you know how wonderful the decal is that we ordered from Dali Decals! It is the perfect addition to our babies nursery and it was so easy and fun to put up!   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I purchased from this site because of a Groupon-type offer, and I am SO GLAD I did!!! I just put up these circle/bubble decals in my kitchen and they have added so much life - and they make me so happy! I got them in two colors, the cardinal red matte and the buttercream matte, and they go together in a very kitchen-y way... I really wish I could post a picture, they look so great. My mom helped me and we stole a couple arrangement ideas from the photo on the webpage, but then we got creative and started making our own designs. Very simple to apply, very fun, and a wonderful result! I will definitely order from here again :)

  I bought a sleeping koala decal for our baby's room two years ago. The color is still just as fresh as it was and it looks amazing. I know the site says they aren't reusable, but ours was! We transferred it onto parchment paper and rolled it up before our move and just last night replaced it onto the wall in our son's new room. It sticks just as well and looks just as good. I'm a very happy customer. It also came with a complimentary six cute birds and they transferred as well.
