I thought it was going to be put all together, but nevertheless, it is still worth it and makes the babies room that much more inviting! Easy to put up with wonderful clear instructions.   I ordered 10 custom decals for my company- huge colorful "Code of Conduct" decals to hang all over around the building. The customer service I received, both when I called with a question and when I was contacted because I'm bad at math and didn't use the right dimensions, was stellar.   I ordered a blowing tree decal and felt a little overwhelmed at first when i received it. It was HUGE! I read the instructions (which were quite humurous) and it made me feel better about the process. It took me a while to put together, but the result is absolutely stunning. I placed the tree at the landing on my stairs and had the leaves blowing up the stairway. Everyone compliments me on how beautiful it is and a lot think I painted it! Not only did Dali Decals meet my expectations, they exceeded them. They sent me additioal decals that go along with the tree. A small gesture that went a long way.
