  Several weeks back I had the opportunity to work with one of your employees on a custom decal. Since then I replaced the hard-drive on my computer, so I lost all of our email correspondences. This means I don't remember her name. For some reason Marisa comes to mind. Anyway, I'm just sending this much overdue email to compliment both Marisa and Dali on the decal I received.
  
  I've ordered decals previously from you and was so happy with them that I got the idea to do something custom for my master bedroom. Whenever I show it to family and friends they're highly impressed with it. The fonts that were suggested to me really gave the decal a personal touch, and Marisa was so patient with me while we were working on what the decal would say.
  
  I'm so glad I found you guys and have gladly told several of my friends where and how I got my decals.

  I just wanted to thank you at Dali Decals for exceptional service for such a small order. My special order was really small, but your team treated me like it was huge. The workmanship was outstanding! Coordinating the final product required patience and Dali delivered. Even straightening out my bill, which was my fault, was pleasurable.   I found you guys because of a promotional deal you did back in the spring...I knew I would be moving into a new apartment this fall so I got it as a housewarming gift to myself! I am so glad that I did! I got the apple blossom branch for my living area and the stacked coffee cups for my kitchen. They were so fun and easy to install and they look amazing. I can't stop staring at them/touching them. Now I keep coming up with other places I could put Dali Decals! It may not be for a while, since I'm a poor grad student, but I will be back for more, I promise.

  They are just amazing!!! I placed my order thinking I was going to get something cheap and different then what I see in the picture but they proved me wrong. I got exactly what I ordered and even more. It was as I saw it in the picture and it was the exact colors I wanted. I have ordered 12 birds I got 16 I have ordered a personalized name sticker for the wall and I forgot to put two of the initials and I was concerned that if I call back they will charge me full price for it again but yet again they proved me wrong. They only charged me for shipping. They are truly the best online company I have ever ordered from. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that asks for wall décor. I will also reorder from them if I need anything else for my children or myself. Great customer service, fast, efficient, organized and much much more.
