  We are so happy with the tree decal we ordered! We put it up in the nursery for our new baby boy, Jack. All visitors and relatives over the past few days have been blown away by the tree and eager to log on to your site and cruise around. I hope it means more traffic to your site and more sales, too!   We ordered the small cherry blossom branch in matte black and white about two weeks ago and finally had the opportunity to put up in my bedroom today. My husband and I put it up this morning and it was very easy to do! I have to say that my room looks AWESOME!!! I redecorated it to have an oriental feel - I actually got my inspiration from the cherry blossom branch! Needless to say, we are very happy with the decal!   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  After shopping around for decals for our new office I was very happy to find Dali decals. Their service was excellent, the design team was very helpful and the final product was perfect. We have a large company logo decal printed on glossy vynl, as well as some fun language designed and about 9 maps. The office looks great! Thanks Dali decals!
