  I bought two of the Swirly Whispy tree branch stencils to put over my fireplace; which is a very long and narrow area. These were just what I was looking for. I didn't want to go with traditional stuff over my fireplace like candles or pictures or a mirror....and then I found Dali Decals. You had just what I wanted and your customer serivce was SUPERB!!!!   Put a large dandelion (seeds blowing away) in our bedroom. Tell EVERYONE about it and, of course, they have to see it. I get nothing but compliments. Just waiting to decide on wall colors before looking for a decal for extra bedroom/office in our home.

  I am so excited about this site. I bought a decal for my bedroom over a yr ago that I received many compliments on. Unfortunately due to a hurricane I had extreme flood condition in my home. I called Dali and spoke with a representative that sent me my exact order back @ a discounted rate! They helped me so much. It was a weight lifted off of my shoulders. I am so grateful for them.

  I am VERY happy not only with my decal, but with the company. The decal ends up being just letters (if you ordered a quote) and not a big piece of plastic as what I was anticipating so it looks REALLY professional and awesome.
  
  What I loved about the service, though, was how easy it was to order, and even though I somehow didn't get an apostrophe up on the wall, I simply e-mailed them and they overnighted a replacement. I was SO thrilled with that level of service.

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
