  My wall decal from Dali arrived at my house (in Ontario Canada) 2 weeks after I purchased it! It was very easy to put up (we needed about 3 sets of hands for some areas) and it is absolutely beautiful. Everyone who sees our Tall Tree with Leaves Blowing in the Wind is amazed by how awesome it looks! I was also super excited to see all the free extras they included with my purchase.   After shopping around for decals for our new office I was very happy to find Dali decals. Their service was excellent, the design team was very helpful and the final product was perfect.   Incredible customer service! I ordered the Fairy Girl on the Moon in Soft Pink Matte. The pink was a little brighter than I had envisioned, so I contacted Dali Decal to see what my options were. They were very responsive and helpful, and I was able to exchange the decal for a different color. I just received the replacement decal in the new color (Teal Matte) and it looks amazing in my daughter's room!! It was easy to put on the wall and just looks beautiful. Highly recommend these products and Dali Decal's service is excellent!
