  I was so impressed with the quality and how easy these were to put on. I got the train with 8 engines on it and was surprised at how large they were. Really put the final touch to my sons room.

When the opportunity came up to redesign a wall in our nonprofit counseling/wellness center, I suggested a custom decal from you. I'm not a designer so my file wasn't quite right, but Robert was so patient and helpful and was able to get my files into shape. Thanks for such great service!   I have to admit after receiving my decals (which arrived days before it was supposed to) I got nervous. I ordered a larger decal but everything went so well-it does take some time but the results are great! I find myself stopping to look in my dining room often to admire my work-company coming tonight and can't wait to hear what they have to say. I've already got another decal in mind for a bedroom :)

  I ordered the peacock tree and asked my husband to hang it for me. When I came home, he hung the right side TOTALLY wrong. I emailed to see if I could get just the right side of the decal replaced. I received a response almost immediately. They re-sent me the right side of the tree for only a small fee. What a relief that I didn't have to buy the entire tree again. GREAT customer service. Super fast shipping. Fantastic product. I've purchased Dali decals before but based on the customer service alone, I would most definitely order again!
