  Wow! Everyone just loves the Tree Blowing in the Wind decal I put in our nursery. I did need help with the trunk but the leaves, owl and birds were a breeze to put up. I'm also impressed with the fact they send a picture of the image so I could map out the leaves. Now, our baby can look up and be greeted by nature every morning. It's beautiful and the "extras" Dali Decals sent exceeded my expectations. I would totally order from them again!

  You guys have a very good product with excellent customer service. Instead of just painting a room to look like a nursery or hiring a professional artist, we took the time to place a large order through your web site and over a few weeks, we developed our own theme using your decals. The application of them, the quality of them, the ease of use, and the flexibility to allow us to do what we wanted to create an original nursery was absolutely perfect. There is no doubt we would come back and order more for future use.
  
  The comments from people who have seen the nursery range from "it looks like something out of a catalog" to "You had someone come in and paint all of this, it looks amazing". People are shocked when they realize 1) we used decals and 2) we did everything ourselves.

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   We love our decals and totally have Decal Obsessive Disorder now! I asked for expedited handling and even though I ordered it a bit late in the day they were ready to go the next day! Good packaging, not a ton of packing material to toss. Really quite easy to apply, but we took a lot of time planning. The instruction video said 1.5hr but we took about half a day - mostly with planning and getting fancy with leaves going behind branches etc. We also got the coral decal - love that! The canvas print was very high quality, and they somehow got the foreground to print thicker so that it almost looks three-dimensional! Advice on applying: anything that has parts that sticks out - branches, the coral sections, etc., cut that section separate from another section but leaving the "base" attached to the main decal - i.e. let it have "fingers" still attached to the main "hand" - easier to apply and keep it smooth. Decals also do bend around corners -just keep it tight up to the corner. Will definitely be ordering more prints and maybe other decals too!
