  A+++++++ artists! Dali Decals custom-made this design from nothing. All I knew was I wanted chains and thorns... and they made it into something amazing!!! They took the ball and ran with it... and came up with the most amazing design I've ever seen! And they got it done fast enough that I could have it in time for a party I was throwing.   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  I have purchased 5 items and love them. The most recent being "The most important things in life are not things" in beige and the word "things" in silver. All i can say is "WOW"! It matches the color of my bedroom furniture PERFECTLY and becomes such a nice focal point on my taupe colorwashed walls. I also did "Relax" on my bathroom wall over our roman tub and it looks amazing in chocolate on my cream walls. Thank you for being affordable and for providing such an easy DIY project!   This is the second time I have ordered from Dali Decals and I am just as impressed with their products the second time around as I was the first time when I ordered them. They are so easy to put up. The quality of their products cannot be any better. They are made to last and my first purchase several years ago is proof of that.
