  We ordered the small cherry blossom branch in matte black and white about two weeks ago and finally had the opportunity to put up in my bedroom today. My husband and I put it up this morning and it was very easy to do! I have to say that my room looks AWESOME!!! I redecorated it to have an oriental feel - I actually got my inspiration from the cherry blossom branch! Needless to say, we are very happy with the decal!   My wall decal from Dali arrived at my house (in Ontario Canada) 2 weeks after I purchased it! It was very easy to put up (we needed about 3 sets of hands for some areas) and it is absolutely beautiful. Everyone who sees our Tall Tree with Leaves Blowing in the Wind is amazed by how awesome it looks! I was also super excited to see all the free extras they included with my purchase.   Just have to say that I LOVE your decals! I also wanted to say "thanks", as I think I received an extra decal in an order that I placed for my mom. I ordered her the paisley flowers and swirls, and got an owl with it. Ended up being a great addition to the kitchen, as he sits above one of the door frames, peeking out from a shelving unit =)

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
