Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I wanted to write to pass along my positive experience for any future customers. Though I felt the transfer was going to be challenging, once we got started it was pretty simple and the results look truly painted on. I decorated my babies room and it gave the room a whole new dimension. I had used a different company for decals years ago and they were far lower in quality and looked more like a decal-vinyl on the wall. Dali is very thin and very crisp looking. I will buy more Dali Decals for upcoming projects.

  You guys have a very good product with excellent customer service. Instead of just painting a room to look like a nursery or hiring a professional artist, we took the time to place a large order through your web site and over a few weeks, we developed our own theme using your decals. The application of them, the quality of them, the ease of use, and the flexibility to allow us to do what we wanted to create an original nursery was absolutely perfect. There is no doubt we would come back and order more for future use.
  
  The comments from people who have seen the nursery range from "it looks like something out of a catalog" to "You had someone come in and paint all of this, it looks amazing". People are shocked when they realize 1) we used decals and 2) we did everything ourselves.
