  I bought the birds to place on my new baby daughter's walls to make her room a bit custom. In the past three months of her life everytime she gets her diaper changed or lays in her crib she stares at those birds. She LOVES them, now that she is starting to "talk" she coos at them.   I ordered monogram and name decals for my daughter's nursery. They looked amazing, then we had a flood in our house. The repairmen had to tear down the wall where I'd placed the monogram, which was really disappointing for me.

  I purchased this set of decals along with another set that I have not applied yet because I am doing a memory wall and don't have all of the materials yet.
  
  I was so nervous about the application of the decals I was going crazy. Dali Decals is one of the best companys I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and I do a ton of online purchasing.
  
  Both of my orders, placed seperately, arrived within a week and there was always a little something extra in the package.
  
  Application of these decals was approx 10 min. from beginning to end and was such a breeze. I love it. my friends love it and my husband LOVES IT! It turned out absolutely amazing.

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem.   I purchased a monogram letter "K" for my baby's room and a personalized photo decal of my son on his dirt bike for his room. Both decals arrived promptly, looked fantastic and were easy to apply. We have received many compliments on both of them, and we are more than happy to recommend Dali Decals. I'm shopping for more decals for the baby's room now!
