  I just finished putting up my tree and bird decals from my baby's room. I
  just wanted to thank you for sending the decals promptly, and having such a wonderful, quality product. I was able to add flare to the nursery without having to paint the entire room. It was fairly easy to put up (it was the large tree and I am 9 months pregnant, so I had to get my husband to help me put it up!!). But the birds I did myself and everything was very easy and straight forward. I will gladly recommend this company to friends and family who are looking for something extra for their rooms!! When the opportunity came up to redesign a wall in our nonprofit counseling/wellness center, I suggested a custom decal from you. I'm not a designer so my file wasn't quite right, but Robert was so patient and helpful and was able to get my files into shape. Thanks for such great service!   I purchased a monogram letter "K" for my baby's room and a personalized photo decal of my son on his dirt bike for his room. Both decals arrived promptly, looked fantastic and were easy to apply. We have received many compliments on both of them, and we are more than happy to recommend Dali Decals. I'm shopping for more decals for the baby's room now!   I ordered the peacock tree and asked my husband to hang it for me. When I came home, he hung the right side TOTALLY wrong. I emailed to see if I could get just the right side of the decal replaced. I received a response almost immediately. They re-sent me the right side of the tree for only a small fee. What a relief that I didn't have to buy the entire tree again. GREAT customer service. Super fast shipping. Fantastic product. I've purchased Dali decals before but based on the customer service alone, I would most definitely order again!
