  Several weeks back I had the opportunity to work with one of your employees on a custom decal. Since then I replaced the hard-drive on my computer, so I lost all of our email correspondences. This means I don't remember her name. For some reason Marisa comes to mind. Anyway, I'm just sending this much overdue email to compliment both Marisa and Dali on the decal I received.
  
  I've ordered decals previously from you and was so happy with them that I got the idea to do something custom for my master bedroom. Whenever I show it to family and friends they're highly impressed with it. The fonts that were suggested to me really gave the decal a personal touch, and Marisa was so patient with me while we were working on what the decal would say.
  
  I'm so glad I found you guys and have gladly told several of my friends where and how I got my decals.

  I recently purchased several custom orders for my office. I worked with Alicia, and she is fabulous. She promptly answered all of my questions (and I had several!), and she made sure that my order exceeded my expectations.   We have now put up the 3rd decal in our home and love love love love love them! This most recent one was the large dandelion which we put in our master bath. My husband put it up without reading the instructions the first time and it was not a pretty scene, but totally his not the product's fault. Second one bought, I emailed them for tips on top of the instructions, how impressed was I when I got a phone call from them the next day - now THAT is customer service. We have also used the family of elephants (in our little one's nursery) and the parachutes in our oldest son's bedroom...everyone who has seen them has been so impressed as are we at the ease of putting them up (when you follow instructions lol!)

  I am so excited about this site. I bought a decal for my bedroom over a yr ago that I received many compliments on. Unfortunately due to a hurricane I had extreme flood condition in my home. I called Dali and spoke with a representative that sent me my exact order back @ a discounted rate! They helped me so much. It was a weight lifted off of my shoulders. I am so grateful for them.

  I ordered a blowing tree decal and felt a little overwhelmed at first when i received it. It was HUGE! I read the instructions (which were quite humurous) and it made me feel better about the process. It took me a while to put together, but the result is absolutely stunning. I placed the tree at the landing on my stairs and had the leaves blowing up the stairway. Everyone compliments me on how beautiful it is and a lot think I painted it! Not only did Dali Decals meet my expectations, they exceeded them. They sent me additioal decals that go along with the tree. A small gesture that went a long way.
