  I received a beautiful branch with birds as a housewarming gift. It is extremely beautiful, tasteful, artistic and very high quality. It transformed my room immediately. The customer service I received, both when I called with a question and when I was contacted because I'm bad at math and didn't use the right dimensions, was stellar.
