Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   Hey, just a shout out to one of your employees, David T. I inquired about Dali making some bike decals for me, and David took the reigns, made sure my document was a good size, resolution. His communication was great. By the way he treated me, you would think I was some big shot inquiring about a bulk order. I am not. I only wanted decals for my bike.

  These decals are the coolest design find that I have seen in a long time. They are totally worth their money. Actually they were less expensive than buying a wall hanging with a WAY bigger impact on the look. I bought the dandelion and the installation was easy with very little problems. The only problems we had with the install was the points on the dandelion head did not want to stick at first but we just carefully pulled the tip off of the backing and pressed it to the wall. It worked out great. It really looks as though an artist came in and painted your walls. I most certainly have DDOD (Dali Decal Obsessive Disorder.) I will definitely be back for more and all of my friends want a Dali Decals too!

  I so rarely write anything like this that it takes something EXCEPTIONALLY good to overcome my inherent laziness!
  
  With that said, first of all! I ordered a small $10 decal to see if Dali Decals was as good as they seemed or if it was just hype.
  
  Well, that worked out well and they have a super awesome shipping box (wait til you see it) so I decided to do a custom order.
  
  I had a couple issues with the Illustrator file and Alicia from support gave me *BY FAR* the best support I've had from any company in any industry for at least the past 3 years. It is *SOOOO RARE* these days to find a company that has a quality product with a quality website and quality ordering and quality support. I recommend Dali Decals to anyone who will listen.
