  Absolutely wonderful! it came in 4 different limb pieces and 96 leaves! I thought it was going to be put all together, but nevertheless, it is still worth it and makes the babies room that much more inviting! Easy to put up with wonderful clear instructions.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   My decal was so much more amazing than I thought it would be. So easy to put up, as the instructions were well-written. Decal was large and makes a great statement in my living room.

  The Cherry Blossom Tree decal more than exceeded my expectations. I completed the install by myself, which was only slightly challenging. One suggestion I would make for other people who get this decal is that cutting the sections into smaller sections makes placement both easier and more accurate in terms of alignment. One other suggestion I would make is for people who are considering this decal to examine the layout of the wall they are considering in correlation to any light sources. I did not get the matte color option, so at times there can be a glare on the decal, as it was placed directly across from a window. All in all, my entire experience with Dali was excellent. The delivery was quick and the extra decals that were included went perfectly with the scheme I had planned. I will definitely be using this company again.

  I just wanted to thank you for a superb job you recently did for me for my nephew's birthday present. I wanted both a guitar and saxophone wall decals for his bedroom. I found your site and after talking to your design consultants, had a few designs to choose from that would work. Both decals were printed and shipped quickly and arrived on time.
