  I just put up the wall decals that I received for my 3 year old daughters bedroom and I just couldn't wait to tell Dali Decals just how much I love it!   My wall decal from Dali arrived at my house (in Ontario Canada) 2 weeks after I purchased it! It was very easy to put up (we needed about 3 sets of hands for some areas) and it is absolutely beautiful. Everyone who sees our Tall Tree with Leaves Blowing in the Wind is amazed by how awesome it looks! I was also super excited to see all the free extras they included with my purchase.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I ordered the peacock tree and asked my husband to hang it for me. When I came home, he hung the right side TOTALLY wrong. I emailed to see if I could get just the right side of the decal replaced. I received a response almost immediately. They re-sent me the right side of the tree for only a small fee. What a relief that I didn't have to buy the entire tree again. GREAT customer service. Super fast shipping. Fantastic product. I've purchased Dali decals before but based on the customer service alone, I would most definitely order again!
