  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   Hi -- I just wanted to send a quick thanks to Robert Chadwick. I've ordered your decals for my home and love them. When the opportunity came up to redesign a wall in our nonprofit counseling/wellness center, I suggested a custom decal from you. I'm not a designer so my file wasn't quite right, but Robert was so patient and helpful and was able to get my files into shape. Thanks for such great service!   The best customer service I have ever recieved-----my first couple of decals I messed up the application. Dali Decals replaced the decals which I had ruined----NO CHARGE---
  
  I decorated my kitchen----I have WWII airplanes all over my bathroom with bombs dropping towards toilet bowl--
  
  Bedroom has decal " RELAXATION"
  on wall facing bed----
