Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   We were opening a new store in N.C. and had met the owners of Dali at a radio station\'s seminar. So thankful that our paths crossed. They have done such wonderful work for us. We have a beautiful Window Decal that has brought attention to our store (which is a major benefit for us; visibility!!!) We have a decals on each of our vehicles, (2 large decals on the work van), as well as a large decal inside the store on the main wall as you walk in the door. Thank you Dali Decals!!!

  I bought the fairy with magical wand and stars for my daughters room. I waited to put it up when I would have plenty of time, thinking it would be difficult. 15 minutes later I was done and it was perfect. She loves it and it really adds to her room, more than just a picture or poster would. The invioce even had a handwritten note to help me with the instructions. Not many companies would take time to do that. I am trying to figure out where I need another decal now.
