  I just wanted to let you know that I received my order today. I had accidentally ordered two sets of color samples and a wonderful representative from your company called to let me know. I was given the choice of having the two dollars refunded, or some extra decals sent to me. I just have to say that I am overwhelmed by these extra decals.   I am VERY happy not only with my decal, but with the company. The decal ends up being just letters (if you ordered a quote) and not a big piece of plastic as what I was anticipating so it looks REALLY professional and awesome.
  
  What I loved about the service, though, was how easy it was to order, and even though I somehow didn't get an apostrophe up on the wall, I simply e-mailed them and they overnighted a replacement. I was SO thrilled with that level of service.

  Thanks so much for your quick reply and for answering my questions. I have just finished installing the little trees decals and it has by far exceeded my expectations. I was a little afraid that I would mess up the installation, but your instructions worked perfectly and it looks fantastic! I will be installing the dandelion tomorrow and am really excited to see how that looks above my bed. I am a little bummed that the decals won't be able to be transferred to my new location when I move in a year or two, but because I like my decals so much, I will buy them again when the time comes.
