Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   These are the best quality wall decals I've used. It looks better than I imagined! I can't wait to buy more - I even went around to all the areas of the house and made a "wish list" for future decals. I'm HOOKED! Btw, the customer service at Dali Decals is superb!

  I ordered 10 custom decals for my company- huge colorful "Code of Conduct" decals to hang all over around the building. The customer service I received, both when I called with a question and when I was contacted because I'm bad at math and didn't use the right dimensions, was stellar. Robert was a huge help to me, and it was so refreshing to have customer service like that.
