  I just wanted to let you know that I received my order today. I had accidentally ordered two sets of color samples and a wonderful representative from your company called to let me know. I was given the choice of having the two dollars refunded, or some extra decals sent to me. I just have to say that I am overwhelmed by these extra decals.   I ordered my daughter's name for her nursery and when it came it was too light to see on my wall and too small for my tall ceilings (which was not their fault). Dali Decals was SO helpful in sending me color samples and helping me quickly get another one ordered in a larger size. It looks SO good I could not be happier!!!   Hey, just a shout out to one of your employees, David T. I inquired about Dali making some bike decals for me, and David took the reigns, made sure my document was a good size, resolution. His communication was great. By the way he treated me, you would think I was some big shot inquiring about a bulk order. I am not. I only wanted decals for my bike.

  We love our decals and totally have Decal Obsessive Disorder now! I asked for expedited handling and even though I ordered it a bit late in the day they were ready to go the next day! Good packaging, not a ton of packing material to toss. Really quite easy to apply, but we took a lot of time planning. The instruction video said 1.5hr but we took about half a day - mostly with planning and getting fancy with leaves going behind branches etc. We also got the coral decal - love that! The canvas print was very high quality, and they somehow got the foreground to print thicker so that it almost looks three-dimensional! Advice on applying: anything that has parts that sticks out - branches, the coral sections, etc., cut that section separate from another section but leaving the "base" attached to the main decal - i.e. let it have "fingers" still attached to the main "hand" - easier to apply and keep it smooth. Decals also do bend around corners -just keep it tight up to the corner. Will definitely be ordering more prints and maybe other decals too!

  Customer service=A+++ I love these decals. I ordered the bubbles/circles in hot pink, green, and aquarium blue to match my 10 year old daughters new bedroom. One black wall, three lime burst green walls. I put all the different color bubbles on the black wall and it has turned out GREAT! a few pink and blue scattered on the other walls. Perfect!!!
