  We ordered two decals (a tree and a set of owls) for our baby's nursery and we are thrilled with the results! The decals arrived extremely quickly. It took very little time to get them up and they look fantastic. People who saw the decals thought we had actually stenciled the tree and owls on the wall.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   The team at Dali Decals provided outstanding customer service from the very first time I called and were helpful every step of the way. We received the monogram decals for our daughter's nursery and couldn't wait to put them up. The directions were helpful and easy to follow. Moreover, the font and size is absolutely perfect and looks so elegant on the wall! It looks as though we had someone professionally hand paint our daughter's first and middle name.   I love my inspirational quote decal! It\'s on the wall in my bathroom. It was pretty easy to put up. Although I admit I did try to make rocket science out of getting it perfectly straight. But I knew once it was up it was there to stay so I wanted to get it right. In hindsight I should have spaced each line a little closer. But I didn\'t realize that until I peeled the paper backing off. Not a big deal. I\'m still very happy with the end result. I chose dark grey matte to go against a pale blue wall. I\'m glad I did. It reminds me of the color of pencil lead, which looks nice in the script font. I like it.!
