Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I just wanted to let you know that I received my order today. I had accidentally ordered two sets of color samples and a wonderful representative from your company called to let me know. I was given the choice of having the two dollars refunded, or some extra decals sent to me. I just have to say that I am overwhelmed by these extra decals.   Great product! Great Customer Service! - I purchased 1 set of the poppies for my daughters room and realized I needed another set - I put in a request for the birds to be in mirror image and I recieved the requested birds and more! - Dalidecals went above and beyond and included more birds of various sizes at no extra cost - I am impressed with the personal service and I will be putting another order in today for some butterflies for above her crib :) Thanks DaliDecals for a job well done!

  I love my decals. They were just as expected and were pretty easy to install. I will say the larger decals take a bit more work. I am very impress with the quality of decals and the speed of getting them to me.
