Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I really wanted a tree on the wall of my baby daughter's nursery. Thanks to Dali Decals, my vision became a reality with their beautiful decal. I was very impressed wih the customization options, the knowledgeable and courteous customer service reps, and the speed with which the decal arrived.   I ordered two sets of beautiful dragonfly decals and I couldn't be happier. They came in the mail so fast, and the company was generous enough to fulfill my special request and even throw in a mini holiday decal. This was my first purchase and definitely won't be my last. I recommend Dali to everyone for all your wall decorating needs, and the package also included installation directions and tools so it can't get any better than that.   I got a set of the Ornate Floral Pattern in white to put on a blue wall in my bedroom and we LOVE them! They look great and really add a cool element to the room.   I ordered the peacock tree and asked my husband to hang it for me. When I came home, he hung the right side TOTALLY wrong. I emailed to see if I could get just the right side of the decal replaced. I received a response almost immediately. They re-sent me the right side of the tree for only a small fee. What a relief that I didn't have to buy the entire tree again. GREAT customer service. Super fast shipping. Fantastic product. I've purchased Dali decals before but based on the customer service alone, I would most definitely order again!
