  We ordered the small cherry blossom branch in matte black and white about two weeks ago and finally had the opportunity to put up in my bedroom today. My husband and I put it up this morning and it was very easy to do! I have to say that my room looks AWESOME!!! I redecorated it to have an oriental feel - I actually got my inspiration from the cherry blossom branch! Needless to say, we are very happy with the decal!   My husband and I rent our home and cannot paint the walls, so we decided to order a decal for our new baby's room. I could not be more thrilled. I recently ordered a decal and not only did I receive it quickly, but I was blown away by the quality and ease of placing it onto my surface.   We have now put up the 3rd decal in our home and love love love love love them! This most recent one was the large dandelion which we put in our master bath. My husband put it up without reading the instructions the first time and it was not a pretty scene, but totally his not the product's fault. Second one bought, I emailed them for tips on top of the instructions, how impressed was I when I got a phone call from them the next day - now THAT is customer service. We have also used the family of elephants (in our little one's nursery) and the parachutes in our oldest son's bedroom...everyone who has seen them has been so impressed as are we at the ease of putting them up (when you follow instructions lol!)

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
