  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I just ordered a name graphic and stars for our new nursery and everyone is so impressed. The decals arrived super quickly, and they were so easy to use! I am looking for more places to put decals in my home because I love the way this turned out! People have asked where I got these and I have highly recommended you to multiple people.   Never did I imagine I could ever have found my soulmate but when I did, everything fell into place. And as fate had it the first thing we bought for our home was a picture frame with the quote "Once in a while in ordinary life, love gives you fairytale". My heart dropped when I found the exact decal with Dali. We just received it and is going on entry wall. It is absolutely perfect. Detailing is beautiful and is very user friendly.
