  I purchased the cherry blossom tree in the wind decal for my daughter's bedroom. It turned out exactly as I envisioned it (lots of design for a little money)! Although, it was time consuming to put up, the included instructions and the video on your website made it easy. I am definitely recommending your company to friends and family!

  Bought the Medium size alphabet tree decal. changed up the leaf colors to soft blue, soft green, and bronze. and after a couple hours - we have a GREAT wall mural for our nursery. easy to follow direction, reliable product, and fast delivery. am already thinking of what else we could do in the house with dali decals!   I so rarely write anything like this that it takes something EXCEPTIONALLY good to overcome my inherent laziness!
  
  With that said, first of all! I ordered a small $10 decal to see if Dali Decals was as good as they seemed or if it was just hype.
  
  Well, that worked out well and they have a super awesome shipping box (wait til you see it) so I decided to do a custom order.
  
  I had a couple issues with the Illustrator file and Alicia from support gave me *BY FAR* the best support I've had from any company in any industry for at least the past 3 years. It is *SOOOO RARE* these days to find a company that has a quality product with a quality website and quality ordering and quality support. I recommend Dali Decals to anyone who will listen.   I used Dali Decals to decorate my nursery. I could not have asked for a more beautiful and professional looking product. I was so pleased!! My husband and I chose to place her name on the wall and we decided to throw in the $10 Bird decals. All that I can say is that any decal you can get from Dali decals for $10 is a STEAL!! We have Gotten so many compliments about our nursery and everyone compliments us on our wall. The instructions were easy to follow and they look awesome on the wall!!!!   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
