  We ordered the owls on the branch. We put them up in our son's nursery. They went on very nicely and looked awesome. We were renting at the time and had to move. We took them down and reordered them to replace them in our new house. They didn't leave any residue on the wall and were easy to remove.
  They are such a great addition without having to ruin the walls. We are looking forward to being able to change them in a few years when our son gets sick of the owls and wants to try something else. Thank you for great service and an awesome product!

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   Thanks so much for your quick reply and for answering my questions. I have just finished installing the little trees decals and it has by far exceeded my expectations. I was a little afraid that I would mess up the installation, but your instructions worked perfectly and it looks fantastic! I will be installing the dandelion tomorrow and am really excited to see how that looks above my bed. I am a little bummed that the decals won't be able to be transferred to my new location when I move in a year or two, but because I like my decals so much, I will buy them again when the time comes.
