  I had the large cherry blossom branch up in my apartment for over 2 years and it never peeled off, cracked, wilted, or anything like that. It remained perfect throughout hot temperature, air conditioning, humidity, etc. When I removed it, it came off no problem without a trace on the wall. It was beautiful; the only reason I even removed it is because I moved out. The branch and all of the blossoms came as separate pieces, which although time consuming to put up was well worth it because I could arrange it however I wanted. They provided more than enough of the blossoms, I even had extra left over. All in all, great quality products and fantastic customer service!

  Purchased the "There is only one happiness in life... to love and be loved." quote for my living room wall. The beige color in the color samples is examples what I received, and it works so well with my beige furniture on a "Red Red Wine" colored wall. I chose to modify the quote slightly and not include "in life" when I added it to my wall. It was super easy to apply and looks great! Thanks Dali Decals!!

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem.   The Cherry Blossom Tree decal more than exceeded my expectations. I completed the install by myself, which was only slightly challenging. One suggestion I would make for other people who get this decal is that cutting the sections into smaller sections makes placement both easier and more accurate in terms of alignment. One other suggestion I would make is for people who are considering this decal to examine the layout of the wall they are considering in correlation to any light sources. I did not get the matte color option, so at times there can be a glare on the decal, as it was placed directly across from a window. All in all, my entire experience with Dali was excellent. The delivery was quick and the extra decals that were included went perfectly with the scheme I had planned. I will definitely be using this company again.

  I bought a sleeping koala decal for our baby's room two years ago. The color is still just as fresh as it was and it looks amazing. I know the site says they aren't reusable, but ours was! We transferred it onto parchment paper and rolled it up before our move and just last night replaced it onto the wall in our son's new room. It sticks just as well and looks just as good. I'm a very happy customer. It also came with a complimentary six cute birds and they transferred as well.
