  We ordered the small cherry blossom branch in matte black and white about two weeks ago and finally had the opportunity to put up in my bedroom today. My husband and I put it up this morning and it was very easy to do! I have to say that my room looks AWESOME!!! I redecorated it to have an oriental feel - I actually got my inspiration from the cherry blossom branch! Needless to say, we are very happy with the decal!   Several weeks back I had the opportunity to work with one of your employees on a custom decal. Since then I replaced the hard-drive on my computer, so I lost all of our email correspondences. This means I don't remember her name. For some reason Marisa comes to mind. Anyway, I'm just sending this much overdue email to compliment both Marisa and Dali on the decal I received.
  
  I've ordered decals previously from you and was so happy with them that I got the idea to do something custom for my master bedroom. Whenever I show it to family and friends they're highly impressed with it. The fonts that were suggested to me really gave the decal a personal touch, and Marisa was so patient with me while we were working on what the decal would say.
  
  I'm so glad I found you guys and have gladly told several of my friends where and how I got my decals.

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   It's not likely that you will regret your purchase from this company. The decal added so much elegance to my room and I was going for a custom decal so I exchanged several emails with company and they was so helpful, even sending two different sizes of decal since I was not totally sure on the size. I will be referring them to everyone I know. Looking to add another decal now as well. Extremely happy.
