I ordered monogram and name decals for my daughter's nursery. They looked amazing, then we had a flood in our house. The repairmen had to tear down the wall where I'd placed the monogram, which was really disappointing for me.
Marisa at Dali Decals was so understanding of my situation and replaced just the monogram portion of my order. It arrived two days later. Thank you for wonderful customer service! And a great product!

She promptly answered all of my questions (and I had several!), and she made sure that my order exceeded my expectations. I just wanted to send a quick note to THANK YOU for my order, and for being such a wonderful company!! I’m attaching a picture of my decal (“Everything happens for a Reason”) [see www.facebook.com/DaliDecals for more customer photos!] which I put above my bed to remind me that everything I endure has a purpose. I was also THRILLED to get a bonus second set of the Cute Little Birds with my order!! My mother came down to visit me for the weekend (a 7-hour drive), to help me set up my new apartment, and I gave her the extra birds. She loves them as much as I do!

I ordered my 1st ever decals after i received not 1 but 2 gift certificates as gifts and can i just say WOW! I love them, they we super easy to install. i bought 4 decals and have only installed two of them and as i was installing them i was trying to figure out what else i could buy. Its official I'm hooked

I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
