  We ordered the "Tree with Swirling and Spiraling Branches" in dark brown. BEAUTIFUL! Great customer service, they marked each piece for us so we knew which was the middle and the top. My husband says, "it looks like paint on the wall.' It took a little patience making sure each piece overlapped correctly and even though we didn't get it perfectly placed, you couldn't tell because the tree was so busy.

  Your decals are the best!!! I've told all my friends about your company. I purchased the "Tall Tree Waving in the Wind" for my baby boy's nursery. His walls are a bluish gray color and I ordered the tree in all white. It looks awesome on his wall. I cannot tell you how many compliments we get on this tree. I ordered it in matte and it looks like we painted it. It took my husband and I most of the day to put it up but there were a lot of little branches and leaves so it was very detailed...I didn't care though. Plus this was our first time so we wanted to make sure we did it right! I'm so happy with it! The sad thing is we are moving and I can't take it with me...I'm sad, but I will be ordering another one :)

  I bought the flower blossom tree and put it in my vaulted ceiling stairway. I needed something big to take up the space. I then put all my family photos in different places on the tree and made my family tree. It looks amazing. Thank you for the great products. I have had people ask if I painted it on my wall.   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  I ordered 10 custom decals for my company- huge colorful "Code of Conduct" decals to hang all over around the building. The customer service I received, both when I called with a question and when I was contacted because I'm bad at math and didn't use the right dimensions, was stellar. Robert was a huge help to me, and it was so refreshing to have customer service like that.
