Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I ordered my daughter's name for her nursery and when it came it was too light to see on my wall and too small for my tall ceilings (which was not their fault). Dali Decals was SO helpful in sending me color samples and helping me quickly get another one ordered in a larger size. It looks SO good I could not be happier!!!   I recently purchased the bamboo decal for a small area in my cabana bathroom.
  
  It is a small area and pictures were not suitable fot this location.
  
  The painted walls are aqua in color so I ordered the bamboo in white to match the bath fixtures.
  
  What a great addition this made to my bath not to mention all the positive comments I have received.
