  My name is Amanda. I recently purchased an order that contained a few decals that were damaged during shipping. Upon calling you guys, your customer service was outstanding. I received the replacement roll today and they are perfect. I wanted to write this email because I used to work in customer service and rarely did the comments that we received ever contained positive feedback. Your company approached the problem in a timely manner and I have to tell you that I am now a customer for life. Plus I will refer all my family and friends to your website.   I wanted to write to pass along my positive experience for any future customers. Though I felt the transfer was going to be challenging, once we got started it was pretty simple and the results look truly painted on. I decorated my babies room and it gave the room a whole new dimension. I had used a different company for decals years ago and they were far lower in quality and looked more like a decal-vinyl on the wall. Dali is very thin and very crisp looking. I will buy more Dali Decals for upcoming projects.

  I bought these for my teenage daughter's room and it turned out great. I cut out the circles and they matched a bed spread I had gotten earlier. She's very happy with the results

  This is a great company to work with. I checked the no box to the question...Do you have textured walls? I didnt think my wall was textured but I guess is it very slightly. Even though I ordered the decal with the wrong adhesive they sent me a new one with the right adhesive! Most companies would just say "sorry, you made the mistake not us", and hang up. I am shocked! I will tell everyone about this company! I havnt gotten my new decal so maybe I should wait and see if it sticks before I write this. I'll let ya know:)
