  We were opening a new store in N.C. and had met the owners of Dali at a radio station\'s seminar. So thankful that our paths crossed. They have done such wonderful work for us. We have a beautiful Window Decal that has brought attention to our store (which is a major benefit for us; visibility!!!) We have a decals on each of our vehicles, (2 large decals on the work van), as well as a large decal inside the store on the main wall as you walk in the door. Thank you Dali Decals!!!

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I bought the "At the worst, a house unkept cannot be so distressing as a life unlived" quote and placed it over my kitchen sink with new lighting. Everything from the ordering to the installation was very simple. This had a huge impact on our little kitchen area. I love it!
