  Just a quick note to let you know how wonderful the decal is that we ordered from Dali Decals! It is the perfect addition to our babies nursery and it was so easy and fun to put up!   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I purchased a monogram letter "K" for my baby's room and a personalized photo decal of my son on his dirt bike for his room. Both decals arrived promptly, looked fantastic and were easy to apply. We have received many compliments on both of them, and we are more than happy to recommend Dali Decals. I'm shopping for more decals for the baby's room now!   I was in search of the "perfect" white, fluffy clouds for a serene, sky blue wall for our nursery and stumbled upon Dali Decals. I have to admit that the image online looked a bit photoshopped, so I was a bit hesitant to order them, but loved their other items online so I went ahead and did so.
  
  The big fluffy clouds are AWESOME! They look great and were easy to install - even at 9 months pregnant.
  
  Everyone who walked into that room immediately noticed the clouds and had tons of great things to say about their great look.
  
  We recently sold the home, and I was super sad to leave behind those cool clouds.
  
  I will definitely order again from Dali Decals. Great product, great packaging, easy instructions, and great customer service.
