  I just wanted to let you know that I received my order today. I had accidentally ordered two sets of color samples and a wonderful representative from your company called to let me know. I was given the choice of having the two dollars refunded, or some extra decals sent to me. I just have to say that I am overwhelmed by these extra decals.   I have a huge master bedroom wall that I have had several types of art work created to try to fill this space. I was not sure if this decal would be large enough but after I got it on the wall it’s wonderful!! Perfect size and the instillation was easy as 1…2…3. I love the idea of the decals so much I ordered name and design decals for both my kids rooms and several others to put throughout my home.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I just received and put up my decal, which was a Thoreau quote, some words in cursive, some were block letters. I am so pleased with the great quality, size and color of my decal. It truly is better than I had imagined.
  My only warning is that since the words on the quotes have a thin surface, be prepared to get to work putting it up, especially if it's a long quote. I would suggest having someone help you - I did it on my own and was really nervous about ruining it. Luckily I didn't, though, and it looks absolutely amazing!!

  I so rarely write anything like this that it takes something EXCEPTIONALLY good to overcome my inherent laziness!
  
  With that said, first of all! I ordered a small $10 decal to see if Dali Decals was as good as they seemed or if it was just hype.
  
  Well, that worked out well and they have a super awesome shipping box (wait til you see it) so I decided to do a custom order.
  
  I had a couple issues with the Illustrator file and Alicia from support gave me *BY FAR* the best support I've had from any company in any industry for at least the past 3 years. It is *SOOOO RARE* these days to find a company that has a quality product with a quality website and quality ordering and quality support. I recommend Dali Decals to anyone who will listen.
