  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I just absolutely LOVE Dali Decals!! I started off with just one funny one for our toilet, then ordered another one for my living room, then another one for my friend's baby room and now yet another for my spare bedroom. They always get so much attention when company comes over. Such a great idea for a wall that just needs "something" extra. And I have to say....Dali Decals customer service is THE BEST (always so nice and they have a way of making you feel as though you are their friend)!!!   I bought the fairy with magical wand and stars for my daughters room. I waited to put it up when I would have plenty of time, thinking it would be difficult. 15 minutes later I was done and it was perfect. She loves it and it really adds to her room, more than just a picture or poster would. The invioce even had a handwritten note to help me with the instructions. Not many companies would take time to do that. I am trying to figure out where I need another decal now.

  I just wanted to share how beautiful your work looks above our fireplace. We are so in love with the custom decal! It was super, super easy to put up, and it changed the whole look of that area. Everyone who has seen it is in awe! Between the symbolism and the workmanship, it is truly a work of art. It's not shiny or "sticker" looking at all, and there are no areas of glue left around it. It looks painted right on the wall!
  
  We also ordered the compass rose, which looks fantastic too! I will send of picture of that later, as the rest of the room isn't done yet. We've gotten lots of compliments on that decal also. Part of my job involves drawing maps, so I've always been partial to cool looking compasses, and yours is by far the coolest I have seen!
  
  We have (and will continue to) recommend you and your company to all of our friends. We are beyond happy with the product and can't wait to get the wall prepped for our dandelion! Your decals are very much like tattoo's - one and you're hooked.
