  fast shipping, this tree looks GORGEOUS on the wall! It was easy to put up, and the instructions included were very clear and helpful! We have received MANY comments on this beautiful tree, and the transformation it makes to the store it was put up in.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   Several months ago, I ordered some Dali Decals through a daily deal. I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with them....they arrived quickly, they went up easily (I could do it by myself!) and the finished product is fabulous!   I absolutely LOVE Dalidecals.com!!!!! We purchased two seperate decals for my baby girl's room, and the came out beautiful. I also ordered a customized sample of the mosaic tiles that was very nice. Everything is very good quality and looks wonderful even a year and a half later!! The employees that I was in contact with were awesome as well. I just wish everyone had such good quality products and friendly, helpful customer service. A+++++ Company! Thank you!!!!!
