  I LOVE LOVE LOVE my stickers. I put the giraffes in my daughter's room. It wasn't super fast, but didn't take forever either, and it looks fabulous. I also put up some cherry blossoms in my guest room and it looks like they were painted on. I rent the house I am in, and it is great not to have to put more holes into the wall. Great products.   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  I have purchased 5 items and love them. The most recent being "The most important things in life are not things" in beige and the word "things" in silver. All i can say is "WOW"! It matches the color of my bedroom furniture PERFECTLY and becomes such a nice focal point on my taupe colorwashed walls. I also did "Relax" on my bathroom wall over our roman tub and it looks amazing in chocolate on my cream walls. Thank you for being affordable and for providing such an easy DIY project!   Incredible customer service! I ordered the Fairy Girl on the Moon in Soft Pink Matte. The pink was a little brighter than I had envisioned, so I contacted Dali Decal to see what my options were. They were very responsive and helpful, and I was able to exchange the decal for a different color. I just received the replacement decal in the new color (Teal Matte) and it looks amazing in my daughter's room!! It was easy to put on the wall and just looks beautiful. Highly recommend these products and Dali Decal's service is excellent!
