  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   Your decals are the best!!! I've told all my friends about your company. I purchased the "Tall Tree Waving in the Wind" for my baby boy's nursery. His walls are a bluish gray color and I ordered the tree in all white. It looks awesome on his wall. I cannot tell you how many compliments we get on this tree. I ordered it in matte and it looks like we painted it. It took my husband and I most of the day to put it up but there were a lot of little branches and leaves so it was very detailed...I didn't care though. Plus this was our first time so we wanted to make sure we did it right! I'm so happy with it! The sad thing is we are moving and I can't take it with me...I'm sad, but I will be ordering another one :)

  I bought the fairy with magical wand and stars for my daughters room. I waited to put it up when I would have plenty of time, thinking it would be difficult. 15 minutes later I was done and it was perfect. She loves it and it really adds to her room, more than just a picture or poster would. The invioce even had a handwritten note to help me with the instructions. Not many companies would take time to do that. I am trying to figure out where I need another decal now.

  I am VERY happy not only with my decal, but with the company. The decal ends up being just letters (if you ordered a quote) and not a big piece of plastic as what I was anticipating so it looks REALLY professional and awesome.
  
  What I loved about the service, though, was how easy it was to order, and even though I somehow didn't get an apostrophe up on the wall, I simply e-mailed them and they overnighted a replacement. I was SO thrilled with that level of service.

  Hi -- I just wanted to send a quick thanks to Robert Chadwick. I've ordered your decals for my home and love them. When the opportunity came up to redesign a wall in our nonprofit counseling/wellness center, I suggested a custom decal from you. I'm not a designer so my file wasn't quite right, but Robert was so patient and helpful and was able to get my files into shape. Thanks for such great service!
